Sophia Cao is an international student taking a semester at HSE Moscow. She attends courses at the World Economy and International Affairs Faculty and at the Public Policy Department. Sophia chose to take a semester in Moscow after she joined the AIESEC global citizen programme, which aims to empower young people to make a positive impact on society. She told HSE News how one thing led to another.

Psychological Counseling Centre Moves to a New Location

Since 2016 HSE Psychological Counseling Centre will work at 12 Malaya Pionerskaya Ulitsa, Room 547-551 (metro station ‘Paveletskaya’). Due to the relocation, the Centre will be closed on December 28-31. Consultations will resume on January 11.

International Student Association Expanding its Presence at HSE

The HSE Association of Students and Alumni of the CIS and Baltic Countries is expanding its presence and is currently transforming into the International Student Association. Chinese Student Makes the Most of His Semester in Moscow

In early September, the HSE held a series of tours in English prepared by cultural studies students as part of an adaptation programme for international students. The preparation of the tours was led by the Office for Internationalisation. The programme’s main purpose is to get foreign students and staff involved in the social and creative life of the university, and to introduce them to the city’s landmarks.
