The new regulations ‘On the Organization of Studies for the 2021/2022 Academic Year’ feature in detail what will change for first-year students in the new academic year. ‘Up and Ahead’: Students in New Master's Programme to Study Psychometrics and Developmental Sciences
Enrolment is underway for the HSE Institute of Education’s new Master's programme, Science of Learning and Assessment, which was developed at the intersection of developmental science, advanced methods of neuroscience and psychometrics, and the theory and practice of testing and measurement. Students will learn to assess human development and adjust the learning process, relying on evidence-based approaches of neuroscience and current concepts of measuring skills, personality characteristics, competencies, and other complex constructs.

International students can submit their applications to HSE University’s Master’s programmes until August 10. Jack Miles, from the UK, and Agustin Lira, from Chile, have already been enrolled in Master’s programmes and will begin their studies in September 2021. This year, International Summer University is held online for the second time. Eight courses in a variety of disciplines will run from June 20 to August 20. The summer programme brings together students from all over the world, including China, Italy, India, Norway, and other countries. The most popular courses include Politics and Economics of Energy, Challenges to EU-Russia Economic Links and Russian as a Foreign Language. Registration is still open for several courses starting in July.
International admissions are now open at HSE University.
