They have submitted all required documents for both full and partial scholarships, ranging from 25% to 70%. The submission of application portfolios, tests, and review of portfolios for international applicants will be open until August 11, 2024.

726 participants received certificates of achievement (winners’ diplomas), and more than 200 have already become HSE students. This event is one of the largest and most recognised projects of HSE University, which allows participants to gain university admission with a full or partial scholarship. Registration for the competition in Russian is already underway. Soon, registration for the HSE International Olympiad in English (INTO HSE) will kick off.

HSE University-St Petersburg hosted the Indian Students Week. The event gathered more than 50 students from India. The students represented 15 top universities in the country. In particular, there were representatives of IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, UPES, IIM Amritsar and others. The goal of this large-scale initiative of HSE University-St Petersburg is to introduce talented students from India to educational opportunities in Russia, in particular, HSE educational programmes in four directions: business and economics, design, social and computer sciences.

Sergio Terrón, 27, from Alicante, Spain, is a first-year student of the Master's programme in Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia at the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of HSE University in Moscow. His main research interest is bilateral relations between China and Spain. What do students need to succeed in their studies at HSE? What does Moscow have to offer to international students? Foreign students from HSE University recently took part in the project of the School of Entrepreneurship for international students ‘Start your business with Moscow!’. Wang Yue, 31, first-year student of the HSE GSB Master's programme in International Management from China, became one of the most active participants in the project. Tajrin Rahman Tisha, 25, from Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh, is completing her Preparatory Year Programme. She is a graduate of the Development Studies bachelor’s programme at the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and in September 2024 she will pursue her master's studies in Politics, Economics, Philosophy at the HSE University Faculty of Social Sciences. The Study Tour Experience is a unique project for those who want to experience HSE student life and upgrade their CVs. The international training internship by the HSE International Admissions Office has been functioning since 2020 in two formats (offline and online) and in two languages—Russian and English. In the fall semester of the 2024/25 academic year, the Study Tour Experience is planned for November 11–23, 2024.

Roosevelt Ogah is a first-year student of the master’s programme in Economics and Economic Policy at HSE University.
