Hello everyone! Did you miss us? We are back and happy to announce a new season of our Culture Cafés. As per tradition, we opened the season with a Culture Café dedicated to our motherland, our beloved Russia.
Do you know any exotic Asian countries? Their particular features and traditions? After attending our Culture Café you can name at least one like this - it’s outstanding and lively Bangladesh. Many thanks to our international HSE student Reza Habib for preparing an extraordinary program of virtual short journey to this sunny country.
What do we know about Armenia? Are we familiar with its history and traditions? Are we aware of how big is Armenian diaspora and how many famous people are Armenian? Now we can answer to all these questions after attending our Culture Café dedicated to the country with one of the longest history and unbelievably breathtaking landscapes - Armenia.We’re truly thankful to ESN students, who made our acquaintance with this wonderful country interesting and enjoyable: Silva and Vardi.
Moomins, Northern Lights, Lapland, Salmiak – what else comes to mind when you hear about Finland? Well, thanks to our Finish students we have learned all about that and more at our Culture Café dedicated to Finland.
This event marks the Russian national Students’ Day and will take place on January 25 and 26 in three HSE buildings: in Myasnitskaya, Tryokhsvyatitelsky and Maly Gnezdnikovsky. Clothing donation points will be located in the first floor lobbies.
The 10th International Symposium of Overseas Indonesian Students Association Alliance (OISAA) will take place from July 23–26 at HSE’s Moscow campus. The event has brought together opinion leaders, experts and students from Russia and Southeast Asia to discuss the role of young Indonesians in the development of Indonesia in the fields of education, culture, tourism and healthcare.
A good day starts with a good deed! From February 28 to March 2, ‘Open Your Eyes’, an HSE charity project, will be collecting items for elderly people at a nursing home in Klin. We invite you to get involved by donating any of the items listed below. You can also contact our volunteers to sign greeting cards, which will be delivered together with the items collected.
