About the Programme

HSE University International Mentoring Programme is Russia's first and only English-language university-based development programme for international students and alumni. It is a leadership initiative tailored for fostering talent development and establishing a network of high-potential individuals. HSE alumni (mentors) will work in pairs with HSE students (mentees) to assist them in crafting and executing a Personal Development Plan aimed at refining their skills and advancing their careers.

Your first application means that this mentor is the most preferable for you, so prioritize your choices before filling in the application form.
