About the Programme
HSE University International Mentoring Programme is Russia's first and only English-language university-based development programme for international students and alumni. It is a leadership initiative tailored for fostering talent development and establishing a network of high-potential individuals. HSE alumni (mentors) will work in pairs with HSE students (mentees) to assist them in crafting and executing a Personal Development Plan aimed at refining their skills and advancing their careers.

One application allows a you to present a single choice for the mentor, while you have the opportunity to select up to three potential mentors. Your first application means that this mentor is the most preferable for you, so prioritize your choices before filling in the application form. Remember that it is crucial to personalize and customize each application without relying on AI, as this increases the chances of being chosen by the preferred mentor. The form will be open from 06.12.2024 till 12.12.2024 10:00 Moscow time.
