New procedures for the provision of places in dormitories have been published at HSE University. The document defines who will be provided with places in dormitories in the first priority.

Procedures for the Provision of Places in Dormitories at National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow)

Places in dormitories are allocated for international students, postgraduate students, and prep year students enrolled within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship.

In the second priority, places are allocated to students who are in a difficult life situation or need social support for other reasons.

Students who are unable to obtain a place in the dormitories can contact HSE Student Housing Office. They will be assisted in finding other accommodation options in Moscow.
