Appointments with SIMO for exchange and visiting international students

If you are an exchange or visiting (freemover) student at HSE University Moscow and have questions that you prefer to discuss at a meeting, you can come to our office within visitng hours or book a Zoom/MSTeams meeting with us.

How to book a Zoom/MSTeams meeting with the SIMO staff:

1) Go to our Calendly form.
2) Choose the day and time.
3) Fill in the form.
4) Wait for SIMO to confirm the meeting and send you a link.
