Trip to Vladimir & Suzdal
HSE Buddies are arranging a breathtaking one-day journey to Vladimir and Suzdal – some of the most historic, picturesque, and atmospheric cities of the Golden Ring and the whole Russia. Some of the most unique monuments of Russian architecture of the XII-XVI centuries are located there, which is why the cities are often called ‘open-air museums’.
The White Monuments of Vladimir and Suzdal are inscribed by UNESCO on the World Heritage List. They include: the Golden Gate, the Assumption Cathedral, and the Cathedral of Saint Demetrius in Vladimir; the Suzdal Kremlin, the Cathedral of the Nativity, and the Monastery of Saint Euthymius in Suzdal.
All of these sites are planned to be visited during the trip.
When: April 24 (Sunday), from 9.00 to 23.00.
Cost: ~1200 rubles, including train tickets and cheerful tour-guides from the HSE Buddies team.
Do not miss your chance to travel to medieval Russia. No time-machine needed!
