Festival of national cuisine at HSE

On April 21-23 a Festival of national cuisine will take place at HSE. Dishes cooked by HSE students will be on sale. During the Festival different national cuisines will be featured. All proceeds will be directed to charity.

If you know how to cook and  have a desire to acquaint others with your culture or your favorite cuisine of the world, you should take part in this festival.

Information about the festival:
You cook the food yourself in the dorm and then bring the food to the festival, where it will be sold to the guests. It should be something that doesn't need to be heated and can be delivered safely to the university.

Where: HSE’s main building – 20 Myasnitskaya Ulitsa, Cafeteria.

The programme of the festival:
April 21 (Tue) – Day of Slavic and European cuisine
April 22 (Wed) – Day of Caucasian and Transcaucasian cuisine
April 23 (Thu) – Day of Tatar- Bashkir cuisine

Everyone interested is welcome to taste national food of different countries.
